If you haven't visited us at Penhalt Farm before, then let us give you a few basic tips on how to find us without getting lost.


Read more (below) on how to find us.  If using a SatNav, check that the map is as per this illustration before you get here!

How to find us

Sat Nav or Google Map users: if travelling from the north or east, via Exeter, please follow the guidelines below - as you near Penhalt Farm, do not rely on digital information, particularly Google Maps which will take you down the wrong road! You MUST aim for Coppathorne junction to ensure safe arrival.

Follow these directions - you may want to print out the Street Views to help you:

Please read these directions and view the Google Map Street views of the junctions, then you will arrive safely with a low stress level!


From the M5 at Exeter take the A30 exit at junction 31 (Bodmin/Okehampton) MAP and continue along the A30 for 42 miles.


Leave the A30 by the slip road onto the A395 (Wadebridge/Camelford) MAP, taking the third exit at the roundabout (North Cornwall) MAP.


Continue along the A395 for 10 and a half miles until you reach the A39, turning right (Bude) MAP and continue for about 6 miles.


Approximately 1 mile after the village of Poundstock MAP, at Coppathorne, MAP turn left (Widemouth Bay/Bude coastal road) and continue for just under 1 mile.


* Turn left at the Widemouth Manor Hotel MAP and follow the road for about a mile - Penhalt Farm is situated on the left MAP


If you are coming from the south of Cornwall, travelling north up the A39, then all should be well providing you aim for Coppathorne where you need to turn left, then follow the directions above.*


If you are coming from the north of Cornwall/Devon, travelling south down the A39, (passing Stratton/Bude), going ahead at the roundabout (Wadebridge A39/Business Park) MAP then all should be well providing you aim for 'Coppathorne junction, approximately 4 miles MAP, where you need to turn right, then follow the directions above.*
